- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 06, 2020, by Benjamin SlossVery disappointed with this product. It's a very expensive mattress, and it developed deep depressions within weeks (not even months). Rotating mattress just created symmetric depressions, again after weeks. Company sent inspectors of their own choosing who declared the deformation 'within tolerances" and did nothing to correct it. Ended up buying a different mattress because of the problems.
