I went in with a real phone issue and I was not only treated rude (one female employee stayed on her cell phone the entire time I was there, about 45 minutes, and ignored me when I spoke to her), I was charged double! Before they had a complete personnel change, they did everything they could to save me money, but now they do all they can to screw you.
