  Receptionist is RUDE! Getting through to them is ridiculous. So I left messages never got a call back. When I finally got through to them they wanted to add an $8 fee since the time period had lapsed. I told receptionist I shouldn't have to pay that because they haven't returned my calls. She had the nerve to tell me "We always return the calls" Obviously not! They need a new receptionist with better customer service. If I could remember her name I would post it.

  2 years in a row where my sons school pictures turned out horrible. Again, they are blurry and his eyes are half shut. Aweful. I usually don’t write reviews but I’m so upset with the way these pictures turned out for the 2nd year in a row, I felt others should know. There are so many other wonderful photographers for the same price. Chaparral Elementary in Claremont, you can definitely find a better company especially for the price we pay!

  There custermer service does not earn a star IT IS THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTERMER SERVICE ! Will never order pictures from this studio ! Unfortunately there the ones taking the pictures in my daughter school. Have no other choice
