  I made an appointment online, once we arrived for the appointment on time we waited less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend making an appointment, you may have to wait a little but not as long if you just walk in. We went in over the weekend and the service was nothing less than excellent!!! We had a phone shipped to our home but needed help with the upgrade and moving some of the data over to the new phones. Johnny worked with us and never once did she make us feel rushed. Johnny is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. Johnny, thank you the awesome service.

  The person that helped me was very honest and helpful. I would give her 5 stars. Although I have been here quite a few times before and two visits before the person that helped me was not friendly or knowledgeable. I think it's the company that has changed. The only reason I chose at&t was because I already had their service and convenience not for any special deal or added value.
